CAREER PLAN
The career plan is a program that structures the professional path that the employee can follow within the HUB-AGS organization. It will contain all the hierarchical positions and the skills necessary to achieve them (training, skills, length of service in the previous position, etc.) and other important points such as salary increase projections, possibility of improvements with courses and benefits in case of obtaining specialization (postgraduate, master’s and/or doctorate).
The preparation of the career plan is carried out strategically, thinking about aligning the interests of HUB-AGS and employees, being advantageous for everyone and guaranteeing its sustainability. Our career plan provides goals, periodic assessments and adjustments in case of problems.
HUB / COLLABORATORS INTERESTS
The alignment of the HUB’s interests with the interests of the employees must be taken as a way of ensuring that the planning carried out produces positive results for the employee and for the HUB. That’s why we seek to find a balance between what’s good for the employee and team and how the HUB can grow simultaneously.

Based on the points diagnosed in the employee and the understanding of their objectives, we create a straightforward goal plan that is open to adaptation.
This way, the employee can have an objective view of the path he must follow and which points he needs to improve so that he can achieve his goals.
PERIODIC ASSESSMENTS AND ADAPTATIONS
It is very common for employees to change their personal goals as they pursue career plans. For this reason, periodic assessments and adaptations are very important for the success of long-term planning.
Assessments and adjustments serve to keep the employee motivated, correcting routes, and also to ensure that career plans are interesting from the HUB’s point of view.
TRAININGS AND UPDATES
We use performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and simultaneously predict the need for courses and training that can address gaps in each employee. This customization is extremely important so that the training is relevant to the employee and team.
In addition to courses to develop technical skills, we also offer behavioral and institutional training. In this way, employees remain up to date with HUB’s culture and objectives, in addition to developing fundamental personal characteristics, such as leadership, communication and teamwork.
